HOW I CAN HELP

Ways to work together in Thailand

01 · $150

Strategy consultation

Work through an idea or a problem in 60 minutes: concept, location, numbers, next step.

02 · from $2,500 / project

Independent pre-investment review

Check a project before you commit money: demand, model, CAPEX/OPEX, risks, premises and lease terms.

03 · from $3,000 / month

Turnkey launch management

A restaurant, bar, spa or karaoke from concept to opening: contractors, team, standards, POS/CRM, pre-opening.

04 · from $4,500 / month

Owner representation

Your eyes on site while you are in another country: budget, timeline, contractors, quality, weekly report.

05 · from $1,500 / project

Thailand project navigation

Frame the request, compare scenarios and reach a verified specialist where one actually exists.

WHERE MONEY IS LOST

Four mistakes I see most often

01

Premises first, numbers later

The lease is signed before the revenue and cost model, and the concept is then bent to fit a poor location.

02

Fit-out without a schedule and line-item budget

Without a BOQ and checkpoints, island construction easily runs months late and well over budget.

03

The team is hired at the last minute

Staff, standards and training are needed before opening, not in the first week of trading.

04

The owner manages blind from abroad

No daily numbers, reports or person on site, so problems show up only when money is already gone.

Looking to invest in a Koh Samui project

KAIF 2.0 is a new project built on the KAIF experience: spa and sauna, restaurant, terrace, apartments. The model, budget and risks are published openly.

PLEASE NOTE

What I do not do

I do not provide legal, visa or immigration services and do not hold client funds. Company structure, licences, work permits and tax are handled by a licensed Thai lawyer or accountant; I help frame the task and control the result.
