FIRST THAILAND LAUNCH
Two concepts, one building, full pre-opening immersion
Denis arrived on Koh Samui from Russia on 1 February 2023 specifically to help launch two neighbouring concepts in the same building. They were brought to opening by the end of March, making this his first operating launch in Thailand.

Friends of Friends — daytime
A breakfast and coffee concept operating in the morning and daytime, built around breakfast dishes, coffee and alternative breakfast choices.

Natasha — evening karaoke restaurant
An evening and night restaurant-lounge with professional karaoke sound, food and a cocktail programme. During launch Denis worked under the operating director and moved across whatever functions were needed to get the venue open and stable.
