AI Restaurant & Nightlife Operating System
Coordinate reservations, guest communication, events, loyalty, staff workflows, reputation and management reporting.
Blueprint is a digital product released through protected delivery after confirmed payment. Adaptation and full implementation are separate tiers below.
How the system works as one operating layer
Not a collection of disconnected bots: one orchestrator, specialist roles, shared context, integrations and explicit human-control points.
A normal day with this system
Restaurants, bars, lounges, karaoke and clubs where bookings, events and the guest list live in messengers and the manager runs the floor, the team and promotion at once.
a guest messages on WhatsApp about a table for six: the Reservation Agent checks free tables and deposit rules, replies within a minute and books it; a VIP room request goes to the manager.
the Inventory Agent compares stock with POS sales and drafts a supplier order; the manager reviews and sends it.
the CRM & Loyalty agent picks guests who have not visited for a while and prepares an invite to Friday's event.
Different people take bookings in different channels, some late-night messages go unanswered, and regulars come back on their own rather than through any system.
Bookings are handled at any hour by the same rules, the guest base drives repeat visits, and the manager sees revenue, reviews and stock in one place.
What you provide
- Access to the reservation system, POS and the messengers guests use.
- Floor plan, deposit and minimum-spend rules, and the events calendar.
- A manager or host who approves flows and takes escalations.
The first 30 days
- Week 1: guest journey mapped from first message to repeat visit, channels and rules documented.
- Week 2: Reservation Agent and VIP flows live, handoff rules to the manager set.
- Weeks 3–4: POS and CRM connected, repeat-visit campaigns launched, first manager reports delivered.
What stays with people
VIP guests and large parties, conflicts and complaints, supplier orders, pricing and team management stay with the manager.
What each AI agent is responsible for
Roles are bounded by rules, data sources and authority. Material decisions, exceptions and higher-risk actions stay inside human approval.
Guest Acquisition
Creates and adapts business content from approved facts, offers, brand rules and channel requirements.
Prepares campaign logic, audiences, creative briefs and optimization signals while keeping spend changes inside approval rules.
Reservations & Loyalty
Handles availability-related inquiries, gathers required details, applies booking rules and escalates exceptions.
Answers contextual guest or client questions and suggests approved services, upgrades and next actions.
Maintains lifecycle follow-up, segmentation and next-touch logic using approved CRM data and communication rules.
Venue Operations
Routes work, checks operating rules, tracks status and keeps routine execution visible to managers.
Supports staff with procedures, schedules, recurring questions and structured internal communication.
Tracks stock or purchasing signals, highlights exceptions and prepares replenishment or procurement actions for approval.
Revenue & Reputation
Combines commercial and operating data to surface revenue, margin, pricing and profitability opportunities.
Monitors feedback and review themes, drafts compliant replies and escalates reputational risks.
Structures financial signals, exceptions and controls for management review without autonomously approving material transactions.

Before you buy
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. The blueprint is designed to sit above or connect to your existing CRM, booking, finance and communication tools where practical.
Is the blueprint the same as full implementation?
No. The blueprint is the architecture, workflows, prompts, integration map and implementation plan. Implementation is a separate service.
Can it be customized?
Yes. Every system can be adapted to the business model, team, software stack, approval rules and data restrictions.
What to know before ordering
How purchase works, what the price includes and what it does not.
How do I order?
Add the Blueprint to your cart and pay by card, in roubles via YooKassa or in crypto. The file is available to download right after payment. Implementation Pack and Done for You start with a short brief — I will contact you within a day.
What is included in the Blueprint price?
The digital architecture for the selected system and the materials listed on its page. Customization, tool setup, APIs, third-party subscriptions and hands-on implementation are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
Are OpenAI, CRM, Make, Zapier or other subscriptions included?
No. Third-party software, API, CRM, messaging, payment and infrastructure charges are paid separately by the client according to the relevant providers’ pricing.
Which language will I receive?
The Blueprint is bilingual: every section in English and Russian in one file. The language of an Implementation Pack or Done for You is agreed during the brief.
Does the system guarantee revenue growth?
No. A Blueprint describes architecture and automation processes. Commercial or operating results depend on the starting situation, data, team, traffic, software and quality of implementation.
