AI Recruitment Department
Create a governed hiring workflow from job need to candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
Blueprint is a digital product released through protected delivery after confirmed payment. Adaptation and full implementation are separate tiers below.
How the system works as one operating layer
Not a collection of disconnected bots: one orchestrator, specialist roles, shared context, integrations and explicit human-control points.
A normal day with this system
Companies and multi-venue operators that hire regularly, where sourcing, screening and onboarding are handled by a manager or a single HR person.
Candidate Sourcing searches permitted channels against the approved role profile, and the Outreach Agent drafts personal messages for the recruiter to review.
CV Screening checks new CVs against the criteria and flags gaps; Interview Scheduling offers shortlisted candidates slots from the hiring manager's calendar.
after interviews the Scorecard Agent pulls interviewer ratings into one scorecard, and the Onboarding Agent prepares a day-one checklist for the new hire.
CVs sit in email and messengers, candidates are judged differently each time, interviews are scheduled by hand, and a new hire on day one doesn't know who to go to.
Every vacancy follows one process: shared criteria, a clear status for each candidate, coordinated interviews and a ready onboarding plan for the new hire.
What you provide
- Access to email, calendars, sourcing channels and the ATS or candidate spreadsheet.
- Role descriptions, requirements and what candidate data may be processed.
- A hiring owner who approves criteria and makes the decisions on candidates.
The first 30 days
- Week 1: review of current hiring, role intake template and screening criteria.
- Week 2: sourcing and screening launched on one or two vacancies with manual review.
- Weeks 3–4: interview coordination, scorecards, onboarding checklist and hiring report.
What stays with people
The decision to hire or reject, interview judgement, salary and offer terms, and any sensitive candidate data stay with people.
What each AI agent is responsible for
Roles are bounded by rules, data sources and authority. Material decisions, exceptions and higher-risk actions stay inside human approval.
Sourcing
Finds or structures candidate/prospect lists from permitted sources and prepares personalized outreach for approval.
Finds or structures candidate/prospect lists from permitted sources and prepares personalized outreach for approval.
Screening
Extracts job-relevant evidence from candidate materials and compares it with explicit role criteria without making the final hiring decision.
Scores and structures incoming opportunities against explicit criteria and routes uncertain cases to a human.
Coordinates available time slots, required context and reminders while respecting calendar and routing rules.
Hiring Operations
Prepares interview context, questions, notes and coordination while leaving evaluation and hiring decisions to authorized people.
Checks outputs against explicit quality, policy or evaluation criteria and flags mismatches for correction.
Structures offers from approved products, segments, constraints and economics and prepares variants for testing.
Onboarding & Insights
Coordinates approved onboarding steps, documents, access requests, training tasks and completion tracking.
Converts operating data into management metrics, exceptions and decision-ready summaries with source traceability.
Identifies retention opportunities and risk signals and triggers approved re-engagement or loyalty scenarios.

Before you buy
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. The blueprint is designed to sit above or connect to your existing CRM, booking, finance and communication tools where practical.
Is the blueprint the same as full implementation?
No. The blueprint is the architecture, workflows, prompts, integration map and implementation plan. Implementation is a separate service.
Can it be customized?
Yes. Every system can be adapted to the business model, team, software stack, approval rules and data restrictions.
What to know before ordering
How purchase works, what the price includes and what it does not.
How do I order?
Add the Blueprint to your cart and pay by card, in roubles via YooKassa or in crypto. The file is available to download right after payment. Implementation Pack and Done for You start with a short brief — I will contact you within a day.
What is included in the Blueprint price?
The digital architecture for the selected system and the materials listed on its page. Customization, tool setup, APIs, third-party subscriptions and hands-on implementation are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
Are OpenAI, CRM, Make, Zapier or other subscriptions included?
No. Third-party software, API, CRM, messaging, payment and infrastructure charges are paid separately by the client according to the relevant providers’ pricing.
Which language will I receive?
The Blueprint is bilingual: every section in English and Russian in one file. The language of an Implementation Pack or Done for You is agreed during the brief.
Does the system guarantee revenue growth?
No. A Blueprint describes architecture and automation processes. Commercial or operating results depend on the starting situation, data, team, traffic, software and quality of implementation.
