Analyzes market signals, demand, competitors and opportunities and turns them into structured recommendations.
AI One-Person Company OS
Combine lead handling, content, proposals, project delivery, finance admin and executive planning with strict approval points.
Blueprint is a digital product released through protected delivery after confirmed payment. Adaptation and full implementation are separate tiers below.
How the system works as one operating layer
Not a collection of disconnected bots: one orchestrator, specialist roles, shared context, integrations and explicit human-control points.
A normal day with this system
Founders, consultants and experts running a business alone or with one or two helpers, personally handling sales, client work and money.
the Priority Agent gathers the day's tasks, meetings and leads and suggests three top priorities; the Executive Reporter adds a short business summary.
Lead Intake captures a website inquiry, Qualification clarifies scope and budget, and the Proposal Agent drafts an offer for the founder to review and send.
the Client Update Agent drafts progress updates for clients, and Finance Admin flags unpaid invoices and prepares reminders.
The founder answers every inquiry, writes proposals, runs projects and sends invoices, leaving little time to actually grow the business.
Routine work from inquiry to payment runs on set flows, and the founder spends attention on decisions, clients and what actually moves the business.
What you provide
- Access to email, calendar, CRM or client list, task manager and payment tool.
- Service descriptions, pricing, proposal templates and client communication rules.
- The founder's own time to approve key steps during the first weeks.
The first 30 days
- Week 1: workload audit — which tasks repeat and what can be handed to the system.
- Week 2: inquiry-to-proposal flow and approval rules.
- Weeks 3–4: client delivery support, finance admin and the weekly review.
What stays with people
Pricing and deal terms, sending proposals, commitments to clients, payments and strategic decisions stay with the founder.
What each AI agent is responsible for
Roles are bounded by rules, data sources and authority. Material decisions, exceptions and higher-risk actions stay inside human approval.
Demand
Creates and adapts business content from approved facts, offers, brand rules and channel requirements.
Executes a defined specialist role using approved business context, tools and rules, with escalation when confidence or authority is insufficient.
Sales
Scores and structures incoming opportunities against explicit criteria and routes uncertain cases to a human.
Builds a draft proposal or estimate from approved scope, pricing logic and templates for human review before sending.
Maintains lifecycle follow-up, segmentation and next-touch logic using approved CRM data and communication rules.
Delivery
Routes work, checks operating rules, tracks status and keeps routine execution visible to managers.
Routes work, checks operating rules, tracks status and keeps routine execution visible to managers.
Turns verified project or operating data into concise stakeholder updates and flags items that still need confirmation.
Control
Executes a defined specialist role using approved business context, tools and rules, with escalation when confidence or authority is insufficient.
Converts operating data into management metrics, exceptions and decision-ready summaries with source traceability.
Combines objectives, constraints and current signals to prepare prioritized options for executive review.

Before you buy
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. The blueprint is designed to sit above or connect to your existing CRM, booking, finance and communication tools where practical.
Is the blueprint the same as full implementation?
No. The blueprint is the architecture, workflows, prompts, integration map and implementation plan. Implementation is a separate service.
Can it be customized?
Yes. Every system can be adapted to the business model, team, software stack, approval rules and data restrictions.
What to know before ordering
How purchase works, what the price includes and what it does not.
How do I order?
Add the Blueprint to your cart and pay by card, in roubles via YooKassa or in crypto. The file is available to download right after payment. Implementation Pack and Done for You start with a short brief — I will contact you within a day.
What is included in the Blueprint price?
The digital architecture for the selected system and the materials listed on its page. Customization, tool setup, APIs, third-party subscriptions and hands-on implementation are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
Are OpenAI, CRM, Make, Zapier or other subscriptions included?
No. Third-party software, API, CRM, messaging, payment and infrastructure charges are paid separately by the client according to the relevant providers’ pricing.
Which language will I receive?
The Blueprint is bilingual: every section in English and Russian in one file. The language of an Implementation Pack or Done for You is agreed during the brief.
Does the system guarantee revenue growth?
No. A Blueprint describes architecture and automation processes. Commercial or operating results depend on the starting situation, data, team, traffic, software and quality of implementation.
