AI Membership & Community Growth OS
Coordinate acquisition, onboarding, engagement, events, support, churn prevention and member insights.
Blueprint is a digital product released through protected delivery after confirmed payment. Adaptation and full implementation are separate tiers below.
How the system works as one operating layer
Not a collection of disconnected bots: one orchestrator, specialist roles, shared context, integrations and explicit human-control points.
A normal day with this system
Clubs, communities, memberships and subscription businesses where keeping members engaged matters as much as signing them up.
a new member pays: the Welcome Agent sends a welcome and first steps, the Profile Agent asks about interests, and the Community Concierge makes relevant intros.
the Event Agent prepares a meetup announcement and collects sign-ups; the Content Curator picks the week's materials for different member groups.
the Churn Risk Agent flags members who have gone quiet, and the Renewal Agent prepares a renewal reminder; any personal call stays with the team.
New members get lost in the first weeks, events are organised by hand, and a member leaving is noticed only after they fail to renew.
Every member goes through a clear onboarding, events and content run on a calendar, and churn signals appear early, while there is still time to re-engage.
What you provide
- Access to the community platform, CRM, payments, calendar and messengers.
- Membership terms, community rules, events calendar and tone of voice.
- A community manager who approves flows and handles members personally.
The first 30 days
- Week 1: member journey map, segments and community rules.
- Week 2: new-member onboarding and support for routine questions.
- Weeks 3–4: events and content calendar, churn signals, renewals and dashboard.
What stays with people
Moderation and conflicts, removing members, pricing and special terms, refunds and personal contact with key members stay with the team.
What each AI agent is responsible for
Roles are bounded by rules, data sources and authority. Material decisions, exceptions and higher-risk actions stay inside human approval.
Acquisition
Structures offers from approved products, segments, constraints and economics and prepares variants for testing.
Prepares campaign logic, audiences, creative briefs and optimization signals while keeping spend changes inside approval rules.
Onboarding
Executes a defined specialist role using approved business context, tools and rules, with escalation when confidence or authority is insufficient.

Engagement

Before you buy
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. The blueprint is designed to sit above or connect to your existing CRM, booking, finance and communication tools where practical.
Is the blueprint the same as full implementation?
No. The blueprint is the architecture, workflows, prompts, integration map and implementation plan. Implementation is a separate service.
Can it be customized?
Yes. Every system can be adapted to the business model, team, software stack, approval rules and data restrictions.
What to know before ordering
How purchase works, what the price includes and what it does not.
How do I order?
Add the Blueprint to your cart and pay by card, in roubles via YooKassa or in crypto. The file is available to download right after payment. Implementation Pack and Done for You start with a short brief — I will contact you within a day.
What is included in the Blueprint price?
The digital architecture for the selected system and the materials listed on its page. Customization, tool setup, APIs, third-party subscriptions and hands-on implementation are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
Are OpenAI, CRM, Make, Zapier or other subscriptions included?
No. Third-party software, API, CRM, messaging, payment and infrastructure charges are paid separately by the client according to the relevant providers’ pricing.
Which language will I receive?
The Blueprint is bilingual: every section in English and Russian in one file. The language of an Implementation Pack or Done for You is agreed during the brief.
Does the system guarantee revenue growth?
No. A Blueprint describes architecture and automation processes. Commercial or operating results depend on the starting situation, data, team, traffic, software and quality of implementation.
