Executes a defined specialist role using approved business context, tools and rules, with escalation when confidence or authority is insufficient.
AI Finance Control System
Structure finance data collection, reconciliation, controls, alerts, profitability analysis, forecasts and management reports.
Blueprint is a digital product released through protected delivery after confirmed payment. Adaptation and full implementation are separate tiers below.
How the system works as one operating layer
Not a collection of disconnected bots: one orchestrator, specialist roles, shared context, integrations and explicit human-control points.
A normal day with this system
Owners and finance managers of small and mid-sized businesses where money flows through several accounts and systems and reports are built by hand at month end.
Data Collection pulls yesterday's statements and payments, and Reconciliation matches them with the accounting system, listing any mismatches.
the Receivables Agent finds overdue invoices and drafts reminders; the Payables Agent compiles the week's payments for approval.
the Alert Agent reports spending over budget, and the Forecast Agent updates the cash forecast, highlighting weeks at risk of a gap.
Statements and invoices are matched by hand, overdue payments surface late, budgets are checked monthly, and the management report arrives after decisions are made.
Data is reconciled on a regular rhythm, receivables and payables are visible, deviations arrive as alerts, and management sees forecasts and scenarios, not just last month.
What you provide
- Access to the accounting system, bank feeds, payment processors and CRM.
- Budget lines, spending rules and the thresholds that should trigger an alert.
- A finance owner who approves payments and resolves discrepancies.
The first 30 days
- Week 1: map of data sources, accounts and the current month-end close.
- Week 2: reconciliation, receivables and payables control, first alert rules.
- Weeks 3–4: budget control, cash forecast and management dashboard.
What stays with people
All payments and their approval, taxes, disputed discrepancies, dealings with banks and investors, and financial decisions stay with people.
What each AI agent is responsible for
Roles are bounded by rules, data sources and authority. Material decisions, exceptions and higher-risk actions stay inside human approval.
Data Intake
Executes a defined specialist role using approved business context, tools and rules, with escalation when confidence or authority is insufficient.

Before you buy
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. The blueprint is designed to sit above or connect to your existing CRM, booking, finance and communication tools where practical.
Is the blueprint the same as full implementation?
No. The blueprint is the architecture, workflows, prompts, integration map and implementation plan. Implementation is a separate service.
Can it be customized?
Yes. Every system can be adapted to the business model, team, software stack, approval rules and data restrictions.
What to know before ordering
How purchase works, what the price includes and what it does not.
How do I order?
Add the Blueprint to your cart and pay by card, in roubles via YooKassa or in crypto. The file is available to download right after payment. Implementation Pack and Done for You start with a short brief — I will contact you within a day.
What is included in the Blueprint price?
The digital architecture for the selected system and the materials listed on its page. Customization, tool setup, APIs, third-party subscriptions and hands-on implementation are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
Are OpenAI, CRM, Make, Zapier or other subscriptions included?
No. Third-party software, API, CRM, messaging, payment and infrastructure charges are paid separately by the client according to the relevant providers’ pricing.
Which language will I receive?
The Blueprint is bilingual: every section in English and Russian in one file. The language of an Implementation Pack or Done for You is agreed during the brief.
Does the system guarantee revenue growth?
No. A Blueprint describes architecture and automation processes. Commercial or operating results depend on the starting situation, data, team, traffic, software and quality of implementation.
