AI E-commerce Growth Engine
Coordinate traffic growth, product content, CRO, order support, CRM, loyalty and revenue analytics.
Blueprint is a digital product released through protected delivery after confirmed payment. Adaptation and full implementation are separate tiers below.
How the system works as one operating layer
Not a collection of disconnected bots: one orchestrator, specialist roles, shared context, integrations and explicit human-control points.
A normal day with this system
Online stores and brands with a small team, where product pages, ads, support and email all rest on a few people.
Revenue Analytics pulls yesterday's sales, traffic and stock into a brief for the owner; Inventory Insights flags products about to run out.
Content & SEO drafts copy for a new collection from product data; the Merchandising Agent suggests how to lay it out on the site, and the team approves.
a customer asks where their order is: Order Support checks delivery status and replies; a refund outside policy is passed by Customer Support to a manager.
Product copy is written by hand, 'where is my order' questions eat the day, abandoned carts go unrecovered, and store numbers are scattered across dashboards.
Content, support and email run on approved flows, and the owner sees each day what sells, what is running low and where shoppers drop off.
What you provide
- Access to the store platform, payment provider, email tool and ad accounts.
- Product data, shipping and returns policies, and customer email consent.
- An owner who approves content, promotions and disputed order cases.
The first 30 days
- Week 1: store, funnel and data audit, architecture and priorities.
- Week 2: product-content flow and order support with human review.
- Weeks 3–4: abandoned-cart and CRM flows, revenue and stock dashboard.
What stays with people
Pricing and discounts, ad budgets, refunds and compensation beyond policy, complaints and final sign-off on published content stay with people.
What each AI agent is responsible for

Prepares campaign logic, audiences, creative briefs and optimization signals while keeping spend changes inside approval rules.
Conversion
Analyzes product presentation and conversion signals and prepares prioritized optimization hypotheses for testing.

Executes a defined specialist role using approved business context, tools and rules, with escalation when confidence or authority is insufficient.
Operations

Tracks stock or purchasing signals, highlights exceptions and prepares replenishment or procurement actions for approval.
Supports staff with procedures, schedules, recurring questions and structured internal communication.
Retention & Revenue

Identifies retention opportunities and risk signals and triggers approved re-engagement or loyalty scenarios.
Combines commercial and operating data to surface revenue, margin, pricing and profitability opportunities.

Before you buy
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. The blueprint is designed to sit above or connect to your existing CRM, booking, finance and communication tools where practical.
Is the blueprint the same as full implementation?
No. The blueprint is the architecture, workflows, prompts, integration map and implementation plan. Implementation is a separate service.
Can it be customized?
Yes. Every system can be adapted to the business model, team, software stack, approval rules and data restrictions.
What to know before ordering
How purchase works, what the price includes and what it does not.
How do I order?
Add the Blueprint to your cart and pay by card, in roubles via YooKassa or in crypto. The file is available to download right after payment. Implementation Pack and Done for You start with a short brief — I will contact you within a day.
What is included in the Blueprint price?
The digital architecture for the selected system and the materials listed on its page. Customization, tool setup, APIs, third-party subscriptions and hands-on implementation are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
Are OpenAI, CRM, Make, Zapier or other subscriptions included?
No. Third-party software, API, CRM, messaging, payment and infrastructure charges are paid separately by the client according to the relevant providers’ pricing.
Which language will I receive?
The Blueprint is bilingual: every section in English and Russian in one file. The language of an Implementation Pack or Done for You is agreed during the brief.
Does the system guarantee revenue growth?
No. A Blueprint describes architecture and automation processes. Commercial or operating results depend on the starting situation, data, team, traffic, software and quality of implementation.
