Executes a defined specialist role using approved business context, tools and rules, with escalation when confidence or authority is insufficient.
AI Customer Service Department
Centralize intake, routing, knowledge search, reply drafting, escalation, ticketing, QA and support analytics.
Blueprint is a digital product released through protected delivery after confirmed payment. Adaptation and full implementation are separate tiers below.
How the system works as one operating layer
Not a collection of disconnected bots: one orchestrator, specialist roles, shared context, integrations and explicit human-control points.
A normal day with this system
Businesses that get customer requests across several channels and languages, with support run by a small team without a shared knowledge base or rules.
an English request arrived overnight on Telegram: Channel Intake opens a ticket, the Language Agent translates, the Routing Agent sets topic and urgency.
Reply Drafting finds the answer in the knowledge base and drafts a reply; a routine question is closed, a disputed refund goes to a supervisor via the Escalation Agent.
the QA Agent spot-checks the day's replies and the Satisfaction Agent collects ratings and flags recurring issues for the team.
Requests are scattered across channels, answers depend on who is on shift, and difficult cases sit without an owner.
Every request lands in one queue, routine questions are closed quickly and consistently, and difficult cases go straight to the right person.
What you provide
- Access to support channels and the helpdesk or CRM.
- An up-to-date knowledge base: FAQs, refund and compensation rules.
- A support lead who approves the escalation matrix and reviews quality.
The first 30 days
- Week 1: channels connected, knowledge base collected and structured.
- Week 2: routing rules, reply drafting with human review, escalation matrix.
- Weeks 3–4: ticket workflows, QA and ratings, support dashboard.
What stays with people
Refunds and compensation, complaints, legal and conflict issues, and replies to key customers stay with the team.
What each AI agent is responsible for
Roles are bounded by rules, data sources and authority. Material decisions, exceptions and higher-risk actions stay inside human approval.
Incoming Channels
Drafts context-aware responses using approved tone, language and knowledge rules; sensitive replies require review.
Retrieves approved internal knowledge, procedures and policies and returns the relevant source context with the answer.
Triage & Resolution
Classifies incoming requests, applies routing rules and escalates cases that exceed automation boundaries.

Before you buy
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. The blueprint is designed to sit above or connect to your existing CRM, booking, finance and communication tools where practical.
Is the blueprint the same as full implementation?
No. The blueprint is the architecture, workflows, prompts, integration map and implementation plan. Implementation is a separate service.
Can it be customized?
Yes. Every system can be adapted to the business model, team, software stack, approval rules and data restrictions.
What to know before ordering
How purchase works, what the price includes and what it does not.
How do I order?
Add the Blueprint to your cart and pay by card, in roubles via YooKassa or in crypto. The file is available to download right after payment. Implementation Pack and Done for You start with a short brief — I will contact you within a day.
What is included in the Blueprint price?
The digital architecture for the selected system and the materials listed on its page. Customization, tool setup, APIs, third-party subscriptions and hands-on implementation are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
Are OpenAI, CRM, Make, Zapier or other subscriptions included?
No. Third-party software, API, CRM, messaging, payment and infrastructure charges are paid separately by the client according to the relevant providers’ pricing.
Which language will I receive?
The Blueprint is bilingual: every section in English and Russian in one file. The language of an Implementation Pack or Done for You is agreed during the brief.
Does the system guarantee revenue growth?
No. A Blueprint describes architecture and automation processes. Commercial or operating results depend on the starting situation, data, team, traffic, software and quality of implementation.
