Executes a defined specialist role using approved business context, tools and rules, with escalation when confidence or authority is insufficient.
AI Contractor & Project Delivery OS
Connect lead intake, estimates, schedules, procurement, site reporting, change requests and client updates.
Blueprint is a digital product released through protected delivery after confirmed payment. Adaptation and full implementation are separate tiers below.
How the system works as one operating layer
Not a collection of disconnected bots: one orchestrator, specialist roles, shared context, integrations and explicit human-control points.
A normal day with this system
Construction, renovation and fit-out firms running several sites at once and coordinating clients, crews, suppliers and estimates.
the Site Report Agent turns yesterday's foreman photos and notes into a daily report; the Issue Router sends any problems to the right owners.
a client asks to change a material: Change Control logs the request with its impact on schedule and budget, and the project manager decides.
the Procurement Planner checks the schedule against deliveries and prepares orders for approval; the Client Update Agent drafts the weekly client update.
Estimates are rebuilt from scratch, site reports arrive in every format, changes are agreed verbally, and clients only hear about progress when they call.
Estimates, site reports and changes follow one process, schedule risks show up early, and clients receive a clear update on a regular rhythm.
What you provide
- Access to project management, cloud storage, calendars and accounting.
- Estimate templates, standard work stages, supplier list and approval rules.
- A project lead who approves changes, purchases and client reports.
The first 30 days

- Weeks 3–4: estimates and procurement, client updates and cost and schedule dashboard.
What stays with people
Final estimates and prices, contract changes, purchasing and payments, site safety and decisions about crews stay with people.
What each AI agent is responsible for
Roles are bounded by rules, data sources and authority. Material decisions, exceptions and higher-risk actions stay inside human approval.
Sales & Estimation
Builds a draft proposal or estimate from approved scope, pricing logic and templates for human review before sending.

Planning
Supports staff with procedures, schedules, recurring questions and structured internal communication.
Executes a defined specialist role using approved business context, tools and rules, with escalation when confidence or authority is insufficient.
Tracks stock or purchasing signals, highlights exceptions and prepares replenishment or procurement actions for approval.
Delivery
Converts operating data into management metrics, exceptions and decision-ready summaries with source traceability.
Executes a defined specialist role using approved business context, tools and rules, with escalation when confidence or authority is insufficient.
Classifies incoming requests, applies routing rules and escalates cases that exceed automation boundaries.
Control
Combines commercial and operating data to surface revenue, margin, pricing and profitability opportunities.
Converts operating data into management metrics, exceptions and decision-ready summaries with source traceability.
Turns verified project or operating data into concise stakeholder updates and flags items that still need confirmation.

Before you buy
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. The blueprint is designed to sit above or connect to your existing CRM, booking, finance and communication tools where practical.
Is the blueprint the same as full implementation?
No. The blueprint is the architecture, workflows, prompts, integration map and implementation plan. Implementation is a separate service.
Can it be customized?
Yes. Every system can be adapted to the business model, team, software stack, approval rules and data restrictions.
What to know before ordering
How purchase works, what the price includes and what it does not.
How do I order?
Add the Blueprint to your cart and pay by card, in roubles via YooKassa or in crypto. The file is available to download right after payment. Implementation Pack and Done for You start with a short brief — I will contact you within a day.
What is included in the Blueprint price?
The digital architecture for the selected system and the materials listed on its page. Customization, tool setup, APIs, third-party subscriptions and hands-on implementation are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
Are OpenAI, CRM, Make, Zapier or other subscriptions included?
No. Third-party software, API, CRM, messaging, payment and infrastructure charges are paid separately by the client according to the relevant providers’ pricing.
Which language will I receive?
The Blueprint is bilingual: every section in English and Russian in one file. The language of an Implementation Pack or Done for You is agreed during the brief.
Does the system guarantee revenue growth?
No. A Blueprint describes architecture and automation processes. Commercial or operating results depend on the starting situation, data, team, traffic, software and quality of implementation.
